Travelling by Shatabdi Express - India

Travel from Chennai to Coimbatore by Shatabdi Express in India was a pleasant experience.

Food and newspapers were provided free (jncluded in the cost of the ticket) and is also a fast connection from Chennai to Coimbatore. It is only a hour away to Kerala from Coimbatore by express train which is very convenient. I took the train to Coimbatore since I had to travel to Palakkad at short notice and could not find a direct ticket to Palakkad/Palghat. Overall my experience was pleasant and the service was good. Food served was vegetarian was tasty and fresh. There was one irritant however, one of the passenger was loud and was nosy with most passengers. Complaining that the speed was not enough and food was not good. He was saying that the train would not reach in time, however the train reached in time.
